So I’ve always struggled with putting on size. I’ve always been on the skinny size and it’s something I’ve actually been quite insecure about. I found myself making small progress in the gym but not seeing any big changes. I massively struggled with eating. Only managing two meals a day and always skipping breakfast coz I was never hungry.

My goal was to put on size and gain more knowledge on how my body works personally with programmes and fitness. My biggest win is achieving that goal. I feel bigger, stronger, healthier and happier. Singing in the Rain

“Before coming on board I had no idea what I was doing in the gym, not really challenging myself, avoiding exercises I found difficult, or didn’t like, and repeating the same exercises over and over without knowing to add weight!
My diet was all over the place, eating anything and everything without structure. Some days gorging and others starving.
My sleep was completely irregular and I was relying on sleeping pills
I suffered with mild anxiety and feelings of unhappiness related to how my body looked.
I could not run even short distances nor did I want to!
Exercise/gym was a punishment for making bad choices with food

Now that I have completed the program I have a much clearer understanding of my nutrition and am confident in the gym.
I have so many wins – losing 10kg is my biggest achievement but also running my first 10km,(running in general I LOVE it now!!) deadlifting 50kg, doing PROPER push-ups
